Management of Campaigns

Management of an online marketing calendar for the year, shall involve the following,

Management of Products

Once we have the store development in place, the next major step in the process is the uploading of the brands products.

  • We will need to get the access to all the products/SKUs available with the vendor in an excel sheet and make it into the format that is accepted with the CMS (Content Management System) we are using
  • Product images will be required on the specifications we set. We can take the resizing task if the clients can provide us with high resolution images
  • Once we have the inventory online, we need to have it integrated with either the clients inventory management system or have a manual inventory management based on the clients’ requirements
  • Discounts and offers are part that needs to be considered too and becomes part of the products managements
  • Visual Merchandising is a process that is for the users to see the most valuable products based on the best sellers, limited stocks, filters organizations etc., this all leads to higher conversion rate.
  • Update in inventory and pricing on regular basis, updating, deleting new/old products.

Development of Website

After identifying the brands position, we will start to setup the store based on the clients’

requirements, our core focus will be to bring the clients on Shopify. However, we will be able to work with tools like Magento.

Development projects shall involve the following,
